Jon James (presenter and creative workshop leader) of the Bristol Ensemble shares his love of Appalachian Spring during the Covid-19 Lockdown.

There is lots of great insight here especially the bit at the start where he shows “the perfect Mother Nature chord” which when played on the piano makes his hands take on the shape of a butterfly. Intrigued? Then you’ll have to watch it to see what he means!
